From October 27–29, I had the opportunity to attend the Ultimate Partner Live summit hosted at the Carahsoft offices in Reston, Virginia. This event brought together thought leaders, innovators, and ecosystem builders from across the IT and cloud landscape—including Microsoft, AWS, Elastic, Veeam, and many others. As a Managed Services Provider (MSP) focused on virtualization and end-user computing (EUC), Anunta’s participation was both strategic and inspiring.
Jay emphasized that the tech industry moves in 20-year cycles—and we are now entering the AI-driven ecosystem era. With 70% of the $5.3 trillion tech market transacted through partners, the role of MSPs, ISVs, GSIs, and channel players is more critical than ever. He introduced the concept of ‘agentic AI’ as the top services opportunity, projected to grow at 35.3% CAGR to $267 billion, and stressed that future trillion-dollar companies will be built on five pillars: integrations, service partnerships, strategic alliances, platform participation, and partner-centric GTM strategies.
AI was positioned not just as a tool, but as a strategic enabler. Partners were encouraged to adopt an AI-first mindset, build secure data foundations, and leverage platforms like Copilot and Bedrock Agent Core.
The evolution of marketplaces urged partners to productize their services, create SKUs, and simplify the buyer journey—aligning with Anunta’s strategy to scale through repeatable, packaged offerings.
Sessions highlighted the importance of engineering alignment, GTM synchronization, and co-sell activation. Microsoft’s investment in partner training and enablement was described as the largest in its history.
AI success hinges on data readiness. Speakers emphasized the need for secure, governed, and integrated data architectures. Cyber resilience was spotlighted as a key differentiator.
Human capabilities—communication, empathy, storytelling—are becoming more valuable. Power skills are essential for building trust, driving adoption, and leading transformation.
The Ultimate Partner Live summit was more than a conference—it was a strategic inflection point. For Anunta, it reaffirmed our commitment to building strong alliances, productizing our services, and leading with empathy and innovation. As we continue to support Omnissa Horizon and expand across AWS, Azure, VMware, and Nutanix, we are energized by the opportunities ahead. The future belongs to ecosystem builders—and we’re ready to lead.
