With an extensive 34-year tenure as an IT professional, Yogesh brings a wealth of expertise backed by certifications as an ISO 27001 (ISMS), ISO 20000 (ITSM), BS-10012:2017 (PIMS including GDPR) Lead Implementor and Lead Auditor, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), and trained in Threat Intelligence, Third-Party Risk Management, Microsoft Azure Basics – Security, Compliance, and Identity – Fundamentals, PMP, and ITIL.

His pivotal role within Anunta includes implementing and maintaining Management Frameworks like Information & Cybersecurity, Privacy Information Management, Service Management, and SOC2, making him exceptionally qualified to lead information security, cybersecurity, and personal data protection initiatives.

Yogesh is also a global security consultant at one of the largest Customer Experience Management organizations.

As a DPO, Yogesh diligently monitors compliance with data privacy regulations, plans audit programs, conducts thorough Data Protection Impact Assessments, promotes awareness and training on data privacy protocols, and acts as the primary point of contact for data subjects and regulatory authorities.

With the authority to provide guidance and address concerns related to data privacy, Yogesh underscores Anunta’s commitment to safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining the integrity of data protection practices. His work has resulted in consistently improving Anunta’s information security, cybersecurity, and personal data protection.
